Since I have been in this position I have found the people that I have had to deal with very pleasing, the committee and the members have worked well together to ensure we had a good season. I would also like to those involved in doing the raffle at the meetings as it has assisted greatly, The season has improved as it went along as far as the track & the conditions that were provided at the venue. I would like to thank the Committee and the members for their ongoing support and look forward to the upcoming year ahead, as things can only improve for the Association with the continued support of its members.

8 – Secretaries Report.

I would like to thank Lloyd for being my Assistant over the last 12 months and standing in for me where required, the last 12 months for the Association has been a very up and down year with memberships on the rise again which is a positive, but numbers dropping at our club days have been a little disappointing.  The Presentation night was a disappointment in regards to non support of this event being for several reasons, I believe we will have to evaluate how & where it is conducted in the future.

On the positives I was pleased to see that there is continued support for the 250 sidecar class and seeing some of the bikes that will be making an appearance next season will be great for this section of the sport.

I would like to also thank the committee for their continued support, along with the members that have kept me updated with their correct contact details.

In more recent times I would like to thank the members for their patience as my computer had a pretty major meltdown, things are all back to normal now, I am requesting that everyone who has internet & email access please reconfirm their email details by sending a email to cfordham@bigpond.net.au with their name in the subject line.

Thank you all again, and lets build and grow for the 2010 – 2011 season.
